We will respond to valid rights requests within 30 days. Where a request is complex or we receive a high volume of requests, we may extend this period by a further 60 days, in which case we will notify you of the extension. We will not charge a fee for reasonable requests but may charge a reasonable administrative fee for manifestly unfounded or excessive requests.

pka68 is strictly an adults-only platform. The Platform is intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older — or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 18.

pka68 is primarily designed for Pakistani users and we are mindful of the local context in which our platform operates. The following notes are specific to Pakistani data considerations:

• No SBP or PTA data sharing: pka68 does not share user data with the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), or any other Pakistani government body unless required to do so by a valid legal order.
• No financial institution integration: We have no data-sharing arrangements with Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or any other Pakistani payment institution. References to these providers on the Platform are contextual and do not involve data exchange.
• No PCB, PSL or ICC data linkage: Our references to Pakistan cricket, PSL/T20 and ICC tournaments are editorial context only. We have no data relationship with the Pakistan Cricket Board, PSL franchise entities or the International Cricket Council.
• No CNIC processing: pka68 does not collect, process or store CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) numbers or copies. Identity verification is an operator-side process and is entirely separate from this Platform.
